Lucas A. Wyshnytzky joined the firm in January 2017. Lucas, a native of Hawthorn Woods, IL, attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison from 2009-2012 and received two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies. Towards the end of his undergraduate career, Lucas was an intern for the Governor’s Office, which resulted in him being hired as an External Relations Coordinator for the Governor’s Advance Team. He then attended Marquette University Law School with a primary focus on Environmental Law. While in law school, Lucas served as an intern for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources – Bureau of Legal Services and for the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District and served as President of the Environmental Law Society.
Lucas’ areas of practice include Criminal Defense, Guardian ad Litem (CHIPS/JIPS, adult, minors), guardianships, landlord-tenant, small claims, family law, and collections.
Lucas is an active member of the Superior Jaycees and of PLAST – Ukrainian Scouting Organization. In his spare time, Lucas enjoys cooking, hunting, camping, hiking, creating art, and spending time with his dog.
