Brandon Engblom joined the firm in August 2019. His practice areas include estate planning, business law, real estate law, civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense. Brandon grew up in both Superior and Duluth. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where he majored in Legal Studies, and Political Science, and graduated in 2016. After graduation, Brandon enrolled at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

While in law school, Brandon competed in and coached competitive mock trial, while focusing his studies on real estate and constitutional research and analysis.  He finished his law degree by submitting two separate legal theses on constitutional subjects.

Brandon’s professional experience while enrolled in law school was built around criminal prosecution and criminal defense work. Brandon also worked for the City of Duluth in the Office of the City Attorney, where he prosecuted DWI’s and traffic cases on behalf of the government. In addition to his paid employment, Brandon Engblom was an intern and mentee to the Honorable Judge Gina M. Brandt for two years.
